Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (crystalmtnwater.com), scheduling bottled water delivery, contracting for bottle-free water coolers, leasing commercial ice machines, or utilizing our online payment portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Delivery Services & Access

• Delivery Schedules: Deliveries are arranged on regular recurring cycles according to your geographic service route in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee. Schedule adjustments may be requested by phone or email.
• Safe Access: Customers agree to provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access for our delivery personnel and service vehicles.
• Bottle Deposits & Empty Carboys: 3-gallon and 5-gallon water bottles remain the property of Crystal Mountain Water. Empties must be returned in clean, undamaged condition for sanitation and reuse. Unreturned or damaged bottles may be subject to a standard deposit fee.

3. Equipment Leases & Maintenance

For customers leasing bottle-free point-of-use dispensers, filtration coolers, or ice makers:

• Ownership: All leased coolers, filtration modules, and ice machines remain the exclusive personal property of Crystal Mountain Water.
• Care & Inspection: Customers agree to operate equipment in compliance with manufacturer instructions and not tamper with internal refrigerant, electrical, or plumbing lines.
• Routine Service: Preventative maintenance, filter changes, and sanitary flushes will be carried out periodically by our certified field technicians.

4. Billing, Invoices & Payment Terms

Invoices are issued according to your agreed billing frequency (monthly or per-delivery). Payment is due upon receipt or according to stated contract net terms. Crystal Mountain Water reserves the right to suspend route delivery or reclaim leased dispensers for accounts past due.

5. Private Label Orders

Custom private-label bottled water orders require customer review and final approval of artwork proofs. Once approved and entered into production, private-label orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Mountain Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from water line anomalies on customer property, utility supply interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
